Born in Russia, Andrej came to Germany as a child. With an entrepreneurial background and extensive experience in business development and sales, he develops new markets and builds strong partnerships at TERN. His goal is to promote sustainable growth and create real added value.

Anne researched the relationship between the state, education and religion and worked as a consultant for various global mobility service providers before joining TERN. She is responsible for B2G, compliance and complaints management and is committed to fair, sustainable and global recruitment.

Thanks to his many years of experience on the front line of care, Anton is very experienced in dealing with people and their individual needs. As Key Account Manager, he brings his skills to the TERN team with empathy, commitment and a keen sense of interpersonal relationships.

David is studying business administration in Munich and supports the TERN team in business development. With his business knowledge, analytical mindset and ability to quickly familiarize himself with new tasks, he contributes to a wide range of areas and creates real added value for the team.

Julian leads the Digital Sales team in the DACH region. He enriches the team with his extensive expertise from the SaaS industry with a former focus on HR technology. Before joining TERN, Julian built the sales infrastructure of Berlin-based HR tech startups such as Peakon, HiPeople and HiBob.

Lionel is studying business administration with a focus on consulting. Growing up in Cologne, he was influenced by his migration background and numerous trips and learned early on how to deal with people from a wide range of cultural and social backgrounds. At TERN, he is responsible for lead calling and scheduling.

Tannaz came to Germany from Iran with her parents as a child and built a new life here. Influenced by the importance of freedom and mobility, she is passionate about helping people to live and work where they feel most comfortable.

Thanks to his Palestinian family and frequent travels, Zaki got to know numerous cultures as a child and developed his intercultural skills and cosmopolitanism. He has two qualifications in real estate and the hotel industry and a degree that has given him a broad range of specialist knowledge.

Dana is a graduate of European Studies at the University of Düsseldorf and builds bridges between Jordan and Germany in the TERN team. She is a certified ÖSD examiner, creates teaching modules for our language schools worldwide and is head of recruiting for technology and engineering at the TERN Group.

Iuliia comes from Ukraine, has a degree in HR management and several years of experience in HR management and recruiting. She believes that the success of the company and its employees depends on finding the right position for the right person - and that is exactly what she ensures at TERN.

Qusai joined us as an intern in 2019 - as the first exchange student on our joint program with the German-Jordanian University in Jordan. Today, he manages his department with the utmost professionalism and commitment. Qusai doesn't miss a thing - neither in accounting nor in process management.

Rana completed her Master's degree in European Studies in Düsseldorf and has taught German in various countries. At TERN, she specializes in building and maintaining strong client relationships and supports talents in reaching their full potential and planning their move to Germany.

As the central point of contact for our candidates, Sarah juggles the collaboration between our global teams. She coordinates the translation of important documents, takes on administrative tasks and supports the successful mediation between employers and candidates.

Saule began her career in the tourism industry, where she learned to build sustainable relationships. She believes that business success starts with the right team. Her goal is to empower people to realize their potential - and to help companies find valuable team members.

Viet Ha came to Germany from Vietnam with her family as a small child. She has been involved in the recruitment of skilled and unskilled workers from third countries since 2014 and enriches the TERN team with her extensive professional experience, her own networks and creative solutions for integration.

Ameera joined the TERN Group from a career in sales. She enriches her team with her detail-oriented and proactive working style and would like to further expand her expertise in order to be able to comprehensively train new team members.

Floriana studied business administration in three countries and brings a wealth of experience in marketing and business development. After several years in her own family business in the fashion industry, she combines her creative and entrepreneurial expertise at TERN to drive innovative ideas forward.

Janaki lives in India, has a great passion for languages and has in-depth knowledge of language services and communication after several years of experience in a multinational company. She enriches the TERN team with her expertise and enthusiasm for new challenges.

Omar has extensive sales experience from multinational companies. By moving to the fulfillment team, he can apply his expertise at TERN from a different perspective, creating connections between talent and opportunities and building sustainable partnerships.

Having grown up in six different countries, Shirin has developed strong intercultural skills. This experience helps her to understand diverse talents and their needs and to find suitable solutions. This is how she contributes to successful recruitment and integration at TERN.

Steven Guevara has a degree in computer science and data analysis and brings his expertise to TERN as CRM & Data Manager. He also has diverse experience in humanitarian work, recruitment and the work of international organizations in Africa.

Having grown up in the tranquil town of Holzminden, Vincent moved from the provinces to study in Cologne. With experience in the media, automotive and e-commerce industries, the business administration graduate is a true business all-rounder and loves building committed and dynamic teams and managing data-based systems.
