How well do the candidates speak German?
Language proficiency at the start of the job depends on your requirements. At the time of interview, our candidates speak German at a minimum of B1 level. Before they arrive at your company, they can obtain a B2 or C1 certificate as required.
How long does it take for the specialists to arrive?
It takes an average of eight months from creating a candidate profile on the TERN platform to starting work in Germany. During this time, applicants conduct motivational interviews with the TERN team, interview potential employers, obtain further language certificates, receive their visa and are prepared by TERN for their entry into Germany.
What services does TERN offer?
We work with you to tailor our service packages to your individual needs. Among other things, we prepare candidates linguistically and socially for starting work and integrating in Germany. Thanks to our own platform, you are always up to date on the current progress of the process. In addition, we can welcome your new employees on site, provide you with accommodation and train them for you if required. But you can continue to rely on our service even after the candidates have arrived, as we offer your new staff relevant further training, for example for further language training or for obtaining a driver's license.
Can we rely on the skilled workers we recruit staying with us permanently?
We prepare our candidates intensively for life and work in Germany so that they know exactly what to expect. We also accompany you through the selection process and can thus ensure that applicants and employers are a good match.
